Refund and Cancellation Policy for Credit Card Transactions

1. The option of a winery replacing one wine entry with another is available only with written notice and at the discretion and approval of the Competition.
2. The Riverside International Wine Competition must be notified in writing before May 1, 2007 that a winery is withdrawing its wine(s) from the competition. The total entry fee less a 6% processing charge, for each wine withdrawn, will be refunded as soon as possible but within 21 days of receipt of the notification.
