Our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect no information on consumers who browse our Web page.

We collect only basic information on those who communicate with us through the use and completion of our Entry Form. That information includes e-mail address, name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

Wineries who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding the entries they have submitted.

When we transfer and receive financial information, we redirect visitors to a secure server and will notify visitors that the page they are going to is secure. Once an entry is submitted and a credit card payment is authorized, such data are transmitted via secure and encrypted methods to our credit card processor. Credit card numbers are not kept on file. As a result, it will be necessary to enter a credit card number each time another entry is submitted through this website.

We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Data we collect will not be shared with any other organization. Data entered in connection with a competition entry will be kept in strict confidence.
